A home inspection is the last chance to ask hard questions
By the time you're in escrow, everyone else in the transaction is paid when the deal closes. We're the only party whose job is to tell you what's actually wrong with the building.
That means crawling the sub-area even when it's tight, pulling the panel cover, running every fixture, and reading the roof honestly instead of writing "appears serviceable." It also means being reachable after the report — for you, your agent, or the contractor bidding the repair.

We don't sell repairs, warranties, or contractor referrals for a fee. There is no version of this business where a bigger defect list pays us more.

You'll get the technical detail in writing and the plain-English version in person. Ask us anything, before or after the report.
