Should I attend the inspection?
Yes — we encourage it. Plan to arrive for the last 45 minutes so we can walk the major findings with you in person before the report lands.
When do I get the report?
Same day or the next morning. Every report is photo-documented, organized by system, and includes a prioritized summary you can hand straight to your agent.
