Generated explanation

The illustration presents four wall crack patterns in separate panels. A diagonal crack follows a stair-step path across the lower portion of a masonry wall, while a horizontal crack extends above a window opening. A vertical crack runs nearly the full height of another wall panel. The final panel shows irregular, branching random or map cracking in a textured surface, identified as more typical in stucco finishes. A downward arrow appears between the two left-hand panels.
