Generated explanation

The illustration shows an open electrical distribution panel with service conductors feeding a main breaker and bus bars supplying branch circuit breakers. Two outgoing 120-volt circuits have black conductors connected to the same branch breaker terminal, identified as a double tap or double lug. White neutral wires terminate on a vertical neutral bus bar beside the breakers. A green conductor leads from the neutral bus assembly toward ground, and a separate grounding terminal strip is shown at the bottom of the enclosure. The highlighted improper practice is connecting two circuit conductors to a single breaker connection.
