Generated explanation

The illustration compares safe and unsafe positions for ceiling-hung pendant light fixtures beside a bathtub with a shower. An orange shaded clearance zone extends 3 feet horizontally from the bathtub and 8 feet vertically above the tub rim. One pendant hangs within this zone and is labeled unsafe; another hangs farther from the bathtub, outside the zone, and is labeled safe. The bathroom also shows tiled walls, a showerhead, a shower control, a tub spout, and a recessed wall soap dish.
