Generated explanation

A building cross section shows a wood stove connected by an elbowed connector pipe to a vertical metal chimney extending through the floor and roof and terminating with a cap. Section A-A shows the chimney's circular construction, with insulation between inner and outer stainless steel walls. The insulation thickness is labeled as commonly 2 inches, but potentially 1 inch. Notes identify these as 650°C chimneys, also called Super Chimneys or 629 Chimneys, used for wood-burning appliances and tested up to 2000°F. No specific installation defect is identified.
