Generated explanation

A sectional drawing shows a roof-mounted power vent above an insulated attic floor and exterior wall. An airflow arrow traces outdoor air entering through a soffit vent, passing through the attic, and exhausting through the powered roof vent. A callout identifies thermostat or manual-switch control options. The illustration emphasizes adequate soffit venting to avoid drawing conditioned indoor air into the attic. A second arrow shows warm air rising from the interior, with a warning against operating the power vent in winter.
