Generated explanation

The illustration shows the front elevation of a symmetrical, two-story Italianate house identified with the mid 1800s. A low-sloped hipped roof has wide, decoratively bracketed eaves, two brick chimneys, and a central windowed cupola. The brick facade features contrasting corner quoining and a horizontal belt course between stories. Tall, narrow upper-story windows have rounded tops, with a paired window centered above the entrance; the lower windows have decorative pedimented surrounds. The central double-door entrance is sheltered by a small hipped porch roof supported on grouped slender columns.
