Generated explanation

The illustration depicts an International-style house with an asymmetrical facade composed of rectangular building masses at different heights. Flat roofs are shown without coping, including a projecting cantilevered roof over the right-hand portion. Smooth, unadorned walls contain banks of windows identified as metal casements set flush with the exterior wall surface. An exterior stair and landing with horizontal railings occupy a recessed area beneath the upper story. The annotations describe architectural characteristics rather than identify inspection defects.
