Generated explanation

Two garage illustrations show common conditions affecting sectional garage doors. The paneled wooden door on the left depicts racking, with opposing vertical arrows and gaps around the door opening. An annotation calls for checking for rot at the door base and around the wood panels. The metal door on the right depicts middle sag, gaps, and possible buckling of the panels. A shared callout instructs the inspector to ensure that the weatherstripping is intact.
