Generated explanation

Two diagrams illustrate overhead electrical service drop clearances above residential roofs, roadways, driveways, walkways, and a swimming pool. The upper diagram shows 18 feet above a roadway, 12 feet above a driveway, and 8 to 10 feet above a flat roof, with a note specifying 8 feet if the roof is not used as a walking surface and 10 feet otherwise. An 18-inch dimension is shown at the service attachment near the house roof edge. The lower diagram shows 22-1/2 feet in any direction from a swimming pool, 3 feet above a roof with a pitch of 4 in 12 or greater, 10 feet above a walkway, and 18 feet above a roadway.
