Generated explanation

The illustration shows an overhead electrical service drop approaching a house and connecting to a roof-mounted service mast. An enlarged detail shows a broken neutral/mast attachment wire at the mast. The failed attachment allows the service drop conductors to pull tight, eliminating the drip loop at the service entrance conductors. A red X identifies the missing drip loop as an improper condition.
