Generated explanation

The illustration shows an oil burner with a flame retention head, also called a turbulator, at the outlet of a transparent blast tube. The cutaway view identifies the nozzle and ignition electrodes inside the tube, with the flame extending beyond the retention head. The burner assembly includes a transformer/ignitor, primary controller, motor, combustion air fan, fan air inlet, and fuel pump connected to a line from the oil tank. Two inset diagrams compare the long, ragged yellow-orange flame of a standard burner with the shorter orange flame, yellow edges, and blue core of a flame retention head burner. No installation defect is explicitly depicted.
