Generated explanation

The illustration shows a freestanding wood stove with metal plates spaced 1 to 2 inches from its sides and back to form convection passages. Blue arrows indicate cool room air entering at the bottom, and red arrows show warmed air exiting at the top. The stove has two glazed front doors and a top-mounted flue connector with an elbow. It stands on short legs on a brick hearth over a larger floor pad. The drawing explains convective heat distribution rather than depicting an installation defect.
