Generated explanation

The illustration shows a refrigerant sight glass installed in the liquid line adjacent to an outdoor air-conditioning condensing unit. An enlarged detail identifies the sight glass and the direction of refrigerant flow. Two top views compare refrigerant without visible bubbles, marked with a green check, with bubbling refrigerant, marked with a red X. The annotation states that visible bubbling in the sight glass of R-22 units may indicate problems and warrants a service recommendation. Airflow arrows show outside air entering the condenser coil and warm air discharging upward through the top-mounted fan.
