Generated explanation

The illustration compares a twin-pipe deep well jet pump system with a packer single-pipe deep well jet pump system. Both have an aboveground pump supplying water to the house and an ejector located down in the well. The twin-pipe arrangement shows separate suction and drive pipes passing through a well seal plate to a deep well ejector, with a 4-inch dimension across the well. The packer arrangement shows a suction pipe inside a well casing that acts as the drive pipe, a packer ejector below, and a 2-inch dimension across the casing. Arrows indicate water traveling down the drive passage toward the ejector and returning upward through the suction pipe.
