Generated explanation

A cross section shows a one-piece fiberglass or acrylic shower stall installed against wall framing and supported above floor framing. The molded enclosure incorporates the shower walls and base, with an optional fiberglass or acrylic roof cap above. A door closes the entrance, and a shower head and faucet are shown inside the enclosure. The base drain connects through the floor to a trap and horizontal drain pipe. An annotation explains that one-piece stalls are least likely to leak because they lack seams or joints and use extremely waterproof materials.
