Generated explanation

The illustration shows a cutaway of an EIFS-clad wall with a wire passing through its exterior face. A corrosion-resistant sleeved metal grommet lines the penetration, with its flange seated against the exterior finish. The grommet fits snugly around the wire, and sealant surrounds the grommet flange. This depicts a properly detailed wire penetration through EIFS to limit water entry.
