Generated explanation

The illustration shows a glazed storm door installed in front of an insulated metal entry door, with the metal door's insulated core exposed at the top. A sun symbol and wavy arrows indicate solar heating of the assembly. The annotations warn that significant heat can accumulate between the doors, especially at south- or west-facing entrances. A callout identifies plastic trim on the metal door as a location to check for warping that could indicate heat-related problems.
