Generated explanation

The illustration shows a masonry chimney projecting through a sloped roof, with flashing at its base and a cap over the top. A vertical bracket identifies a minimum chimney height of 3 feet above the roof penetration. A circle and radial arrow mark a 10-foot radius around the chimney. Within this radius, the chimney top is shown at least 2 feet above the nearby roof high point, illustrating proper chimney termination height.
