Generated explanation

The schematic shows a boiler with an internal tankless coil that heats domestic water separately from the boiler's circulating heating water. Domestic cold water enters the coil at 55°F and exits at 180°F. A tempering valve blends cold supply water with the hot coil discharge to deliver mixed water to fixtures at 120°F. Red and blue piping and directional arrows distinguish hot discharge, cold supply, and mixed-water flow. The boiler circuit includes hot-water supply and cold-water return piping, a circulating pump, and an expansion tank; an annotation states that the pressure relief valve is not shown.
