kitchen sink

Generated explanation

The illustration shows a double-bowl kitchen sink with interconnected drain piping below the basins. The right basin drains through a trap before joining the left basin's vertical drain connection. The combined discharge then passes through another trap before entering the horizontal waste pipe to the left. A red prohibition symbol over the right-hand trap identifies this double-trapping arrangement as improper.
