Generated explanation

An overview of a house exterior identifies building systems that can be assessed during an exterior inspection. Callouts connect insulation to roof ventilation openings, heating to the chimney and an exterior wall termination, and plumbing to a roof vent and a wall penetration. Electrical features include overhead service wires, a service mast, an exterior meter, and a wall outlet. An outdoor air-conditioning or heat-pump unit sits beside the house, while the structure callout points to a crack in the exposed foundation wall.
