Generated explanation

The illustration shows a front elevation of a two-story house with a gable roof, brick chimney, and covered front porch. Macro-level callouts identify the leaning house and a settled porch column, emphasizing conditions visible when viewing the building from a distance. A micro-level callout points to localized rot at an upper-story window sill. The porch includes columns, railings, lattice skirting, masonry supports, and entrance steps. The drawing contrasts an overall assessment of building alignment and settlement with examination of an individual deteriorated component.
